Fix 'stuck on Preparing...'
Often when I start a stream, it just seems to stay in the 'Preparing' state forever and never starts playing any audio. (I don't know if it ever gets out of this; I usually only wait a minute or less before I restart it manually.) On the second try it starts right up in a matter of seconds.

I have just installed this app and i'm having problems with it playing ...It says prepairing when I press play and then stops! I have tried to play it over and over again hoping it will work but it just play , its a shame as there are some good stations by the look of it but I am gonna have to uninstall and stick to 'Tune in' and 'Digitally Imported' these are tried and trusted and work every time . I am using the Sony Ericsson Experia x10.

I can wait up tp 15 minutes stuck on "preparing." I know it can be fixed because if I press "stop" and wait for it to stop buffering (usually 3 to 4 seconds) then press "play" again, 9 times out of 10 it starts playing right away. If I press "play" too soon, before it stops buffering, I get "broken pipe."

I get that too sometimes, it counts a lot of bytes but the music doesn't start.
I use A Moto Defy with Android 2.1 -

Me too - it seems to be prebuffering an awful lot of content, probably much more than is actually needed given a good quality connection.
