Fix crash on loading some streams

http://www.tpr.org/audio/kstx.pls causes app to stop unexpectedly and requires force close. May be related to preroll.

    Thanks for the heads up – actually related to the content-type returned from their server on that file. Added a fix for this in 1.0.1, released this morning.
